I had new kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities installed. I needed the sinks connected to the plumbing, faucets... installed, and a garbage disposal installed. I knew there were issues in both bathrooms, but I wasn't sure exactly what. So I figured rather than try to do the work myself I would hire a professional. I got several quotes and I have to say Plumbologist was not the least expensive. But what set him apart from the others was the questions that he asked to help him understand the full scope of the work. He also asked to see pictures. Others were fairly quick to give me a quote sight unseen, no questions, no pictures. Geoff was very responsive, professional and friendly. He worked quickly and left the space tidy. I have peace of mind knowing that the work was done correctly. And I was able to avoid the frustration of what was probably a steep learning curve to try to complete the work myself. Plumbologist plumbing did an excellent job taking care of the plumbing work we needed in a timely and efficient way. We... wanted to add a new water line on the opposite side of the house and got bids from several other companies before settling on Plumbologist plumbing. The pricing was competitive, communication fast and professional, and scheduling was a breeze. Additionally, Mr. Faraci made the process very straightforward and answered every question I had. He was very thoughtful throughout the process, was considerate of social distancing, and my need to work from home while the job was completed.
